In any given session I will always adapt to where you are. What ever tools I have at my disposal I will use when and if I feel so called. From deep and compassionate listening, to NLP techniques and project management, to energy work and oracle cards - in a spiritually based coaching session with me you can meet a bit of everything. We will go where the energy leads us, and do not be surprised if you get to both shed a tear and feel the constrictive pull of resistance showing up. Both are normal responses to a transformational process and we will meet everything that comes up with love and compassion.
The result is a deeply healing and transformative experience that leaves you both emotionally nourished and mentally clear.
When is a good time for a Spiritually Based Coaching Session?
When you feel ready for a change, but somehow nothing happens.
When you have tried and tried to reach a certain goal, but the results just don’t seem to come.
When you know you want to make some kind of move, but you just can’t see clearly what or how.
When you know what you want to do, but cannot see the best first move.
When you are ready.
When you are willing.
When you just need a fierce and loving bad ass woman on your side.
When NOT to book a Spiritually Based Coaching Session?
If you are in the middle of a deeply emotional time, like going through acute grief (in which case I would recommend a Remote Energy Healing Session in stead).
If you are looking for someone to tell you that you are right and everybody else are wrong (in which case I am not the right practitioner for you).
If you are heavily medicated, or are in the middle of a psychotic episode (in which case I will refer you to your health care provider).
